Biliteracy and Trilingualism

The Education Bureau strongly advocates on promoting children’s biliteracy and trilingualism development. Our school targets on noruishing children’s Cantonese Chinese, English and Putonghua language abilities as the fundamental goal. Our school arranges Native-speaking English Teachers (NET) and Native-speaking Putonghua teacher to conduct English and Putonghua activities respectively. In an all-English and all-Putonghua learning environment, it helps to build-up children’s language learning interest. Thus, through different learning settings, for instance, fully immersion language activities, story-telling, group discussion etc. to boost students’ listening, speaking, reading and writing language abilities.
